Domestic arrivals can be met in the baggage claim area on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level of the Domestic Terminals.

International arrivals can be met at the U.S. Customs exit in the Arrivals Lobby, International Terminal.

Vehicles are allowed curbside, as long as they are in designated areas, and are actively loading or unloading. Vehicles are never allowed to wait at the curb and are required to circle the terminal or park in hourly parking while waiting for an arriving party. Close and convenient parking is available for $1 per 12 minutes in both the Domestic and International Garages.

For items lost in the terminals or on AirTrain, the Lost and Found is located on the Arrivals/ Baggage Claim Level of Domestic Terminal 1, near Baggage Carousel 17. If you have lost an item on an aircraft, please contact the airline directly.

AirTrain

AirTrain is SFO's new fully automated people mover. AirTrain operates 24 hours every day, providing convenient and frequent service throughout San Francisco International Airport.

Easy Access to SFO's Terminals, Parking Garages, Rental Car Center and BART Station
AirTrain operates on two lines - the Red Line, which connects all terminals, garages and the BART Station; and the Blue Line, which connects all terminals, garages and the BART Station with the Rental Car Center. AirTrain does not provide service to SFO's Long Term Parking Lot.

AirTrain stations are located in all terminals, garages and the BART Station, as well as the Rental Car Center.

Getting From Your Plane to AirTrain
Domestic Terminals 1, 2 and 3 each have an AirTrain station located on Level 5 of the Domestic Parking Garage.

To access Terminals 1's station, take the elevators/escalators down to the tunnel connector to the parking garage.

Terminal 3's station connects to the terminal via a passenger skybridge. Take the elevators/escalators to Mezzanine-Level 3.

The International Terminal has two AirTrain stations, located one level above ticketing at both ends of the Main Hall.
