Chef Roland Passot serves authentic French home-style cooking. Small, intimate space serving a disciplined menu. Menu changes often. "Recent main courses have included a roti of quail and squab, stuffed with wild mushrooms and wrapped in crispy potato strings, and tournedos of roasted salmon served with a puree of sweet onions and Pinot Noir sauce." Try the "Discovery" tasting menu and sample as many dishes as possible.
